3PLs specialize in integrated operation, warehousing and transportation services which can be scaled and customized to your needs based on market conditions, such as the demands and delivery requirements for your products. We only use 3PLs who have been through a rigorous screening process for performance and reliability.
Direct Inject Shipping is our name for cross-docking, a practice in logistics of unloading products from an incoming courier and loading these products directly onto outbound couriers, with little or no storage in between. It is also desirable to Direct Inject because shipments can be included amongst very large shipments, achieving lower shipping costs. Typically, Direct Inject times are 4-9 days and are tracked end-to-end with a signature.
O2O (offline to online) describes the process of converting passing in-store visitors to lasting online customers. We enable you to achieve this by establishing scan-and-go QR-code payment capabilities in your bricks-and-mortar stores, which connect you with your visiting customers post-sale and allow you to foster interactive relationships with them using WeChat.
The process typically takes between four and six weeks and includes WeChat store design, configuration for in-store and online payments and courier and warehouse integrations.

Borderless 360 supports English and we can provide translation services to Mandarin where required for brand bios, product descriptions and business-critical information.
Although Borderless 360 makes it possible to communicate with customers in online marketplaces in China and to push promotions and other marketing notifications to them, Borderless 360 is not a solution with specialist marketing capabilities.
We currently support AUD, NZD, USD, GBP and Chinese RMB. Funds are captured, converted and deposited in the retailer’s account within 48 hours.
Your customers can pay using WeChat Pay and Alipay, the most widely used payment method in China today.
You can accept funds manually through your WeChat store with cash on demand (COD). However, most retailers tend to prefer up-front online payments.
